Overview

As Director, Pricing, you will define and lead the pricing strategy for Redcare Pharmacy’s retail business, aligning profitability, revenue, and price competitiveness at scale. You will partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Data & AI, and Tech to shape a data-driven, dynamic pricing approach that translates into measurable business impact. You will also drive pricing for marketplace and own-brand offerings and lead a growing pricing team to influence strategy at the Board level.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Define and execute pricing strategy across e-commerce platform to balance profitability, revenue and price competitiveness
• Develop scientific pricing framework with experiments, A/B testing, modelling and validation
• Implement real-time, scalable pricing that responds to customer behavior and market conditions
• Coordinate pricing decisions with Commercial, Controlling, Procurement, Tech and Product
• Lead and develop a team of 9+ pricing professionals and represent pricing to senior leadership and Board

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 10+ years in B2C e-commerce pricing
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with digital commerce products at scale (14.5 million active users a plus)
• Strong analytical/quantitative background (math, analytics, data science)
• Demonstrated ability to implement dynamic pricing and translate analytics into profitability or revenue gains
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate pricing decisions at Board level
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
