In this role you will shape and evolve our enterprise hybrid cloud network across Azure, GCP, and on‑prem environments. You will design highly available networking solutions, strengthen security, and drive automation and AI-driven improvements. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to modernize infrastructure standards, governance, and incident readiness. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design highly available Azure networking solutions for Azure, GCP, and on‑premises
- Implement and optimize ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, BGP, Azure Firewall, and Private Link
- Develop observability with KQL, Azure Workbooks, Alerts, and Connection Monitor
- Modernize network security with Azure Firewall Premium, NSG strategy, and micro‑segmentation
- Advance Infrastructure as Prompt and AI‑driven automation within cloud operations
- Define governance guardrails evolving to Azure Policies and Blueprints
- Develop disaster recovery strategies, automated failover testing, and incident recovery simulations
- Build a proactive security platform by integrating Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and network telemetry
- Collaborate with infra, cloud, and security teams to optimize cross‑cloud connectivity
- Explore Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies and enterprise connectivity enhancements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Deep expertise in Azure networking (ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, BGP, Private Link, hub‑and‑spoke)
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, KQL, and cloud observability
- Interest in Infrastructure as Prompt, AI‑assisted infrastructure management, and network automation
- Desirable: GCP networking, Sophos Firewall, and on‑prem networking experience
