Overview

In this role you drive scalable data solutions for cross-functional teams at Redcare Pharmacy, supporting a major cloud-based analytics migration and enabling data-driven decisions. You will lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, shape technical direction, and mentor colleagues while advancing AI-enabled analytics. This position offers the chance to influence how data products scale across the business and to work on impactful, transformation-focused projects.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead the design and development of scalable data models with DBT, SQL and Databricks to support multiple business domains
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and manage backlog
• Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models for intuitive reporting
• Contribute to the cloud migration programme to modernise the analytics platform and improve performance
• Promote best practices in analytics and AI, mentor colleagues, and support training initiatives
• Help evolve solutions like the internal AI-powered "Talk to Data" capability

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in data-focused roles with SQL, DBT, Databricks, and Power BI in enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related quantitative field
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and driving technical excellence
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Python, A/B testing, or cloud migration is advantageous
