Overview
In this role you will establish and steward the documentation standards, governance, and processes across our ERP and Enterprise Systems landscape. You will partner with Business Owners, ERP consultants, architects, and delivery teams to embed a culture where knowledge is a strategic asset. You will design scalable documentation practices that keep critical knowledge accessible long after projects close. This role offers the chance to shape how information is shared across Europe’s leading e-pharmacy and drive measurable impact on efficiency and quality.

- Collaborate with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery and QA teams
- Drive a documentation-centric culture that treats knowledge as a strategic asset
- Support long-term knowledge accessibility beyond project completion
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years in technical documentation, knowledge management, or process documentation in complex ERP/Enterprise Systems (e.g., D365 F&O, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of technical documentation and governance
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
- Business process modelling experience (BPMN or similar)
- Ability to bring structure to complexity and work across disciplines
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge established practices
