Overview
In this role you will shape and grow Redcare’s Retail Media platform by delivering advertiser-facing features and robust backend services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, end-to-end solutions. You’ll own features from discovery to production, influencing architecture and engineering practices as the platform scales. This is a collaborative, growth-focused opportunity to influence how advertisers engage with a leading e-pharmacy ecosystem.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Shape end-to-end features across campaign management, advertiser self-service, reporting and other AdTech products
- Build complex web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript (front-end)
- Develop backend services with Node.js/TypeScript, APIs, and data stores (MongoDB, Redis)
- Implement asynchronous workflows and integrations to support scalable product experiences
- Own features from discovery through deployment and production support
- Contribute to architecture and engineering practices as the platform grows
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript in production web apps
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or comparable backend tech
- Comfort designing and integrating APIs and services
- Ability to own complete product features across frontend/backend
- Experience in fast-growing product environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Nice-to-have: experience in Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, marketplaces or B2B self-service platforms
