Overview
As a Senior iOS Engineer at Redcare Pharmacy, you will help build the next generation of Retail Media experiences inside our mobile platform. You will work within a cross-functional product team to design scalable iOS features that integrate sponsored products, personalized recommendations, and native advertising while preserving a best-in-class shopping experience. The role offers high visibility and a direct impact on evolving our iOS ecosystem as we scale across Europe. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and Retail Media stakeholders to deliver performant, customer-centric mobile solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Drive modularization and evolve a scalable iOS architecture
- Define, implement, and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines
- Build reusable mobile components for Retail Media experiences (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, product recommendations, banners)
- Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes
- Strengthen testing strategy and quality foundations across teams
- Improve app stability, performance, and overall technical health
- Review and guide architectural decisions across multiple teams
- Reduce technical debt strategically while enabling product teams via platform improvements
- Implement feature flags, experimentation, and A/B testing for new customer experiences
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong expertise in Swift and experience with large-scale production apps
- Knowledge of modular architecture and scalable app structures
- Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns
- Understanding of modern concurrency and memory management in iOS
- Solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Collaborative across teams with debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech on large-scale e-commerce platforms
- Cross-platform experience in KMP and Android is a plus
