Senior Treasury & e-Payment Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Bonn

Overview

In this role you will lead treasury and e-payment operations to support Redcare’s fast-growing e-commerce platform. You will manage a small team, own cash management and short-term forecasting, and ensure reliable, scalable payment processes in a high-volume B2C environment. You will partner with Finance and Tech to strengthen controls and drive process improvements that enable sustainable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines liquidity management with seamless customer payments, contributing to the company’s mission of accessible health. You will shape the function by building robust structures, improving risk management, and delivering reliable financial operations.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead and develop a team of ~6 to high performance
• Own daily treasury operations including cash management and short-term cash-flow forecasting
• Oversee scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C context
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining efficiency
• Drive hands-on process and system improvements in collaboration with Tech/IT

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• First leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset
• Strong expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Experience with ERP and payment systems and collaborating with Tech teams
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a drive to improve and build
• Strong stakeholder management in a dynamic setting
• German language skills are a plus
