In this role you will lead analytics design and delivery within a cross-functional product team, shaping scalable data solutions and a modern analytics platform. You’ll partner with product and business stakeholders to translate challenges into impactful technical results, mentor peers, and advance our cloud-based data landscape. You’ll build trusted models and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions, while contributing to AI-enabled analytics initiatives. Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Design and develop scalable data models with dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric to support reliable analytics
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate requirements, influence backlog prioritization, and deliver business value
  • Create Power BI dashboards and semantic models enabling self-service reporting across the organization
  • Evolve the cloud analytics platform by modernizing data products, improving scalability, and supporting Microsoft Fabric adoption
  • Promote analytics best practices, mentor analysts, share knowledge, and contribute to AI-assisted analytics and self-service initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 8–10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering in modern enterprise environments
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Commitment to mentoring, technical excellence, and continuous improvement of analytics practices
  • Desirable experience with Azure, Unity Catalog, Python, AI-assisted development, or cloud migration projects
