About the role:

As a Cash Management Specialist, you’ll be part of the finance team that directly support our e-commerce business, making sure customer transactions flow smoothly and securely. From managing PSP integrations to ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, your work keeps our financial engine running. You’ll be both hands-on in the day-to-day execution and a go-to expert for all things related to digital payments.

About your tasks:

• Oversee and execute e-payment processes , including PSP integrations, direct debits, refunds, and chargebacks
• Manage bank imports , journal postings , and reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of transactions
• Act as the key contact for PSPs and internal teams, resolving issues and improving payment processes
• Collaborate with tech, accounting, and operations teams to optimize and scale payment workflows
• Monitor and report on KPIs and transaction performance to ensure transparency and efficiency

We offer a Dutch employment contract for this role.

Hybrid work model: we practice a model of 60% of work onsite, in the office and 40% of working time being flexible for you to chose if you wish to work from home office or prefer to come onsite.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations, ideally in an e-commerce or digital finance setting
• Knowledge of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and online transaction processing
• You’re tech-savvy , comfortable working with ERP and financial systems
• You care about getting things right , solving problems, and working across departments
• Fluent in English ; German is a plus
