While this function is responsible for conveyor and automation maintenance, your focus will be on leadership, governance, prioritization, and organizational development - not on technical execution.This is a senior leadership role with a strong emphasis on strategy, people leadership, governance, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionAbout your TasksDevelop and implement a future-oriented European Facility Management strategy that supports business growth, operational resilience, and sustainabilityLead and further develop our international Facility Management organization, empowering local teams while creating clear governance structures and accountabilityEnsure efficient and compliant operations across our logistics sites, warehouses, headquarters, and office locationsProvide strategic guidance and leadership to the Technical Engineering function, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesManage and optimize a multi-million-euro budget (CAPEX & OPEX), driving financial transparency, vendor performance, and long-term investment planningEstablish meaningful KPIs, reporting standards, and governance frameworks to continuously improve performance across all locationsAct as a trusted business partner for senior stakeholders across Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, and Executive ManagementQualificationsAbout YouAt least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsProven experience in a strategic leadership position with responsibility for multiple international locationsStrong track record in leading large teams and developing high-performing organizationsExperience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapesA structured and strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable processes and governanceWillingness and ability to travel regularly across European sites and be on site in SevenumFluent English is essential; German or Dutch is considered a strong advantageAdditional InformationAbout your BenefitsTravel Allowance: Not all employees live close to our office.
