Overview
In this role you will lead and mature the Enterprise Release Management function, bringing governance, transparency, and predictability to critical deployments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP environments to ensure smooth releases and timely Go/No-Go decisions. You’ll standardize processes, templates and documentation in Jira/Confluence while driving continuous improvement and potential automation. This position sits at the intersection of business and technology, shaping reliable releases for a high-growth enterprise.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Evolve the Enterprise Release Management process with standardized governance and release calendars
- Coordinate complex cross-functional releases with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, and delivery teams
- Drive release readiness through Go/No-Go decisions, dependency and risk management, and implementation planning
- Establish release governance with templates and documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Improve release maturity and pursue automation and modern release practices
- Facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders across business and IT
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management within complex Enterprise Systems
- Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms (D365 F&O, AX, SAP or similar) without owning the technical deployment
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence and structured release governance
- Ability to align business and technology stakeholders around common release objectives
