About the role:

Every successful e‑commerce experience ends with a delivery—but every great customer experience starts with trust. As our Senior Product Manager – Delivery & Shipping Experience, you’ll shape one of the most business‑critical journeys at Redcare by defining how millions of customers experience delivery before, during, and after placing an order.

Working at the intersection of Product, Technology, Logistics/Last Mile, UX and Operations, you’ll own the complete delivery experience—from delivery promises and checkout options to post‑purchase transparency and carrier integrations. You’ll solve complex operational challenges while creating simple, intuitive customer experiences that increase trust, improve conversion and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a high‑impact role with the opportunity to shape delivery strategy across the business, driving measurable improvements in delivery NPS, checkout conversion, operational efficiency and cost per order.
