Overview
In this role, you will own the operational lifecycle of finance-focused ERP applications to ensure reliability and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, ERP consultants, and developers to maintain stability and support critical finance processes. The position offers hands-on work with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 within a growing ERP team. You will leverage onboarding and learning opportunities, and explore AI-enabled automation to enhance operations and user experience.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own the operational lifecycle of finance ERP applications to ensure reliability and maintainability
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Manage L1/L2 application operations with support from ERP consultants and developers on L3 topics
- Support operational readiness and solution validation for changes and enhancements
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements for long-term maintainability
- Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of experience supporting or managing finance business processes in an ERP or enterprise application environment
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues and drive sustainable improvements
- Knowledge of IT service management principles (Incident, Problem, Change Management); ITIL is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with stakeholders, ERP consultants, and developers; takes ownership of applications
- Proactive with interest in AI and automation to improve operations and user experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
