Verantwortungsbereiche
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and day-to-day commercial decision-making
- Understand key financial and operational drivers, identify opportunities and risks, and improve profitability and unit economics
- Challenge initiatives via fact-based analysis, business cases and scenario modelling (pricing, marketing, growth investments)
- Drive forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning, linking outcomes to drivers and leveraging data, automation and AI
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering
- Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, profitability and customer/unit economics
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, data-driven mindset
- AI-first mindset: leverage AI, automation and new tech to improve planning and insights
- Commercial mindset and ability to influence decisions without authority
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior management
