About the role:
This is your chance to shape and grow Redcare's Employer Brand from the ground up in the Netherlands and elevate our presence across Germany (particularly within tech). You'll be part of our HR team and work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to position Redcare as an employer of choice, both offline and online. This is a hybrid role that can be based in our headquarters in Sevenum or our office in Cologne or Berlin.
