About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR team and take ownership of all HR-relevant topics in our Commercial organization, working in close partnership with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, you will act as a strategic sparring partner for the Commercial leadership team and play a key role in shaping the people agenda for a business area that is central to our company’s success.
This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who combines a pragmatic mindset with strong conceptual thinking and enjoys contributing to both operational and strategic topics. You will contribute to the advancement of our people development landscape by bringing strong conceptual thinking and experience in areas such as organizational design, career development, and talent frameworks – in close collaboration with our Development & Culture team.
You’ll operate in a dynamic and international environment with a focus on the German market, which includes labor law expertise and adapting people initiatives to local legal and cultural contexts
