About the role:
We\’re looking for a dynamic Workday Functional Consultant (m/f/d) to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.

About your tasks:

• Lead configuration & implementation: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.
• Collaborate & design: Work with Business Analyst and Product Owner to analyze needs and design effective solutions.
• Testing & deployment: Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.
• Team Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors for seamless integration.

About you:

• You worked as a Workday Functional Consultant, especially in HCM and Time Tracking before.
• Deep knowledge of Workday, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
• Workday certification and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
