Product Development Specialist
to join our team.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented
Product Development Specialist
to drive the development and optimization of our innovative products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge products from concept to completion, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards. You will play a key role in helping us deliver
sustainable, efficient, and scalable solutions
to a broad range of customers in chemical research, industrial applications, and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and improvement of
Redeem Solar Technologies’ products , particularly
flow reactors ,
catalysts , and
photocatalytic systems .
Collaborate with
engineering ,
R&D , and
marketing
to identify and execute on new product opportunities and solutions.
Identify and engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, and effectively promote Redeem’s products to meet their needs.
Conduct
product testing ,
characterization , and
data analysis
to optimize performance and ensure reliability and quality.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including
specifications ,
operational procedures , and
product manuals .
Engage with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and work to incorporate this into
product enhancements
and
new features .
Stay up-to-date with the latest
industry trends ,
market demands , and
technological advancements
to drive innovation in our product offerings.
Assist in
prototype development , testing, and scaling of new products to ensure they meet commercial and operational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in
Chemical Engineering ,
Materials Science ,
Mechanical Engineering , or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus).
3+ years of experience in
product development
and commercialization, preferably within the fields of
chemical engineering ,
renewable energy , or
sustainable technologies .
Strong understanding of
flow chemistry ,
catalysis ,
photocatalysis , and related fields.
Hands-on experience
with reactor systems, catalyst development, and laboratory testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Strong communication skills
to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with
project management
and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
