The position is primarily based in Geneva. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop the Group’s AI and data strategy around the commercial priorities of its physical commodity trading activities. /li liDeliver tools that enhance market analysis, pricing, demand forecasting, trade profitability and margin monitoring across trading desks. /li liStrengthen the quality and availability of trading, operational and financial data by connecting internal systems with external market information and third‑party platforms. /li liApply AI to commodity trading workflows, including contract review, trade documentation, reporting, logistics processes and internal knowledge management. /li liEstablish effective controls for sensitive trading data, model validation, cybersecurity and responsible AI use, while supporting adoption across international offices. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related discipline. /li liProven experience deploying secure and scalable AI or data solutions within a commercially focused environment. /li liStrong expertise across machine learning, generative AI, data architecture, cloud platforms, analytics and automation. /li liUnderstanding of physical commodity flows, trading margins, market exposure and operational constraints; experience in commodities, energy, logistics, supply chains, trade finance or financial markets is strongly preferred. /li liGeneva‑based role requiring Swiss residency or existing eligibility to work in Switzerland. /li /ul pFor all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Commodity Search works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH.
