About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple business functions within a fast-growing, international technology environment.

As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, driving impactful people strategies that support business success.

You'll tackle complex workforce challenges, guide managers through change, and help create an exceptional employee experience.

Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll influence key stakeholders, contribute to business transformation, and mentor colleagues while making a measurable impact on organizational performance.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to partner effectively with leadership teams in complex, matrixed organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers on performance management, recruitment, employee development, and employee relations matters.
  • Support organisational change initiatives by coordinating talent-related activities and advising leaders on people impacts.
  • Analyse people-related challenges and recommend practical solutions aligned with HR best practices and business needs.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning discussions, and employee development initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams to address current and future business requirements.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of HR programs, ensuring effective adoption across teams and functions.
  • Advise stakeholders on HR policies, practices, and processes, promoting consistency and compliance.
  • Influence operational decision-making by providing insight into people, culture, and organisational considerations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and business performance.
  • Manage complex employee relations and people issues, leveraging sound judgement and consulting senior colleagues when appropriate.
  • Coach, guide, and delegate work to less experienced HR professionals to support their development and team effectiveness.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or other comparable HR roles within a complex business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment practices, organizational effectiveness, and workforce dynamics.
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and employment regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and people-related decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex people and business challenges through sound judgment, structured analysis, and pragmatic decision‑making.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and drive outcomes in an operational environment.
  • Experience partnering with leaders on performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver against operational and business objectives.
  • Strong problem‑solving, coaching, and consulting skills, combined with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
