Refinery89 is searching for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in Germany . If you\’re motivated by challenges, love the thrill of closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you!

What You\’ll Do:

  1. German publishers acquisition; from prospecting to closing.
  2. Building a healthy pipeline and prioritize for highest value opportunities.
  3. Leading the publisher acquisition efforts in Germany by working closely with sales and operational colleagues.
  4. Become a trusted contact of your publishers and develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships that earn the loyalty of prospects and clients; short and long term.
  5. Maintaining our purposely designed CRM tool; updating leads and clients interactions on a daily basis.
  6. Networking.

  1. Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, especially in cold calling, face-to-face and online meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  2. Digital Media Know-How: Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies.
  3. Industry Network: Established contacts within the German digital publishing media.
  4. Experience in a similar role, e.g. at an AdTech company, Publisher Sales House, Trading Desk, and/or digital agency.
