The team is part of the commercial organization and provides support to the sales and partner teams in developing opportunities through to close.
This role is based in Germany; candidates must currently reside in Germany & have the right to work. The role can be remote from anywhere in Germany.
About the Role
As solutions consultant, e-invoicing will be responsible for:
- Presentation related to the product/services including ONESOURCE Pagero, Pagero Online, invoice audit, etc.
- Customer deep dives/discovery
- Demo of Pagero services including ONESOURCE Pagero, Pagero Online, invoice audit (others)
- Managing demo accounts/data/scripts
- Presentation of the Pagero/TR country/3rd party network compliance process
- Responding to questions from members of the commercial team (Zendesk process)
- Completing RFx
- Completing Data security questionnaires (until mid 2025)
- Maintaining data in Loopio, our knowledge database tool
About You:
- 3 to 5+ years presales, solutions, technical consulting, or professional services experience with SaaS B2B/P2P/OTC
- Degree education
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in German
- Good understanding of the Purchase-to-pay and the Orders-to-cash process
- Client-facing experience
- A strong understanding of connectivity and e-invoicing data formats
- Regional mandates and ViDA
