Your Mission
At Reflex Aerospace, we’re building the next generation of high-performance satellites—faster, more modular, and more scalable.
As we scale up execution, we are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to support software engineering teams in infrastructure as code, automation, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage cloud services via Terraform
- Manage local CI/CD infrastructure, support, and improve pipelines
- Standardize and maintain development/production environments
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation
- Build observability for Ubuntu hosts
- Implement centralized logging (ELK/EFK, Loki)
- Automate security scanning and vulnerability management
- Train and onboard teams on Git, Atlassian tools, and automation
- Document infrastructure, pipelines, and best practices
- Ensure backup and disaster recovery strategies
Qualifications
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible
- Strong experience with Docker (image building, registries, runtime)
- Confident in Python (Bash/C is a plus)
- CI/CD know-how (Git Lab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
- Skilled in Prometheus, Grafana, and logging tools
- Expert Ubuntu/Linux user, with solid networking fundamentals
- Security mindset: cloud security, IAM, secrets management (Vault, SSM, etc.)
- Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with embedded software development and hardware build pipelines
- Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies
