WHAT TO EXPECT
- As a team member of the German sales team, your area of responsibility will include the establishment and expansion of our sales activities in East Germany. Through a high level of personal responsibility and flexibility, you have the opportunity to make a difference.
- Acquisition (identification, qualification and acquisition) of new customers (and existing customers).
- Support and commercial development of existing customers.
- Identification of customer requirements and development of technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with existing resources.
- You will represent this area at trade fairs and other events.
- Maintenance and use of the CRM system (Salesforce).
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Degree in industrial engineering/electrical engineering or comparable training.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales.
- High technical affinity (expertise in drive technology is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
- Pioneering spirit, flexibility and pronounced negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and high willingness to travel (at least 50%).
- Good knowledge of the English and German language.
