ppbREGDATA /b is looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Business Analyst in Geneva, Switzerland (hybrid). /ppAs we continue to grow and expand our offerings, you will enhance our BA team and drive the collection of customer requirements for our secure data protection platform. /ppAs our new Technical Business Analyst, you will join the REGDATA teams and become the seam between the software users and the software developers. /ph3Description /h3pbExperience: /b 2 to 4 years /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform complex analyses and design to meet business requirements (users’ business needs). /liliPrepare software requirements and specification documents (Software Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification), use cases and test cases for new applications, or carry out modifications to existing applications. /liliWork with the QA teams, providing testing scenarios and performing initial testing by evaluating the constructed product against the use cases, user interface design and test cases, to ensure the product meets the stated acceptance criteria. /liliIdentify and communicate project and design risks to the project manager (safety, performance and compliance issues). /liliFacilitate knowledge transfer by presenting the results of all analysis and deliverables to project teams. /liliTrain and develop other software analysts and customers as required. /liliOptimize internal processes. /liliProvide regular progress reports and updates on tasks and job estimates to your supervisor and project management as necessary. /liliComply with Operations department methodologies (requirements collection, and similar). /liliProvide post-implementation support and work with customers as required (configuration, testing). /li /ulh3Profile, Qualifications and Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. /liliWorking knowledge and experience of software technology, broad business knowledge and computer programming experience. /liliFirst experience in a similar position, ideally working in an international company or a private bank. /liliStrong analytical skills in XML and JSON, in use with Fiddler, Postman, SoapUI and similar tools. /liliProactive, very well organized and structured. /liliHigh agility: assimilates information and learns new techniques quickly, enjoys learning, and moves easily between different projects. /liliProblem-solver: breaks complex problems into parts and proposes possible solutions. /liliCreative: enjoys exploring alternative possibilities and outcomes. /liliOutcome-focused: seeks to understand the broader team priorities and goals and aligns own work to them. /liliCapable of synthesizing and simplifying complex problems. /liliStrong communication and influencing skills, both verbally and in writing. /liliFluent in English and French. /li /ulh3Tools /h3ulliData formats: XML, JSON /liliAnalysis and testing tools: Fiddler, Postman, SoapUI /liliDeliverables: Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Software Design Specification (SDS), use cases, test cases /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
