Internal Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal sales and supply chain operations for raw materials and industrial products across global markets.
• Execute end-to-end order processing using SAP, including contract administration, AR/AP workflows, inventory management, and master data maintenance.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment activity to mitigate financial exposure and minimize risk.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, freight forwarders, and international clients to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
• Streamline daily operational workflows to enhance process efficiency and service quality.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Proven background in internal operations and supply chain management within multicultural, cross-functional organizations.
• Completed commercial training (e.g., Wholesale & Foreign Trade Management, Industrial Clerk, or equivalent).
• Professional fluency in English and Korean; German language skills are a plus (not required).
• Proficient in ERP systems, with direct experience in SAP preferred.
• Solid understanding of international trade, import/export procedures, and customs protocols.
• Highly resilient, adaptable, and quick to master new technical and operational environments.
• Outstanding intercultural competence combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
