These tasks await you You will work with the ELO ECM Suite, an enterprise content management system / document management system. You are responsible for installations, configuration, administration, migration and updates as well as customizing the ELO systems at the customer\’s site You install and test new ELO solutions, modules, applications, productivity tools, integrations and interfaces You implement customer projects in a team and independently, conduct workshops and take over project management You process our customers\‘ support cases and new requests via our ticket system through to clarification (remote support) You are also available to customers by phone and email You conduct user training sessions You attend training courses and continuously expand your expertise.
