Overview
In this role you guide customers through designing and implementing RELEX-based supply chain planning solutions. You will lead business workshops, specify requirements, and build configuration that scales in operation. You’ll demonstrate value through KPI-driven outcomes and ensure successful adoption post-go-live. This position blends business process design with system configuration in a customer-facing, cross-functional environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Facilitate workshops to gather and specify business requirements and perform data analysis to identify strengths and gaps
- Design the target picture including planning processes, roles and KPIs, and steer customers toward RELEX best practices
- Configure the system with business rules, workflows and reporting to ensure performance, scalability and maintainability
- Quantify and report on forecast accuracy, availability, inventory and cost to make the value case tangible for leadership
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, resolve issues surfaced during testing, and upskill super users for self-sufficiency after go-live
- Document requirements, scope and configuration for handover to project teams and Continuous Services
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants on data models and interfaces, and with Project Managers on scope and timelines
- Contribute to implementation best practices across industries and share knowledge within the team
- Leverage AI tooling in daily work to explore new approaches and efficiencies
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain/retail planning or planning software implementation/consulting
- Structured thinking and comfort with ambiguity
- Effective communication across levels from super users to senior stakeholders
- Business-fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel depending on project phase
