Job Responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Remerge product from a technical perspective, ensuring that you can effectively troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent technical issues for our clients.
- Utilize a variety of analytical and technical tools to solve client problems, including developing innovative solutions, troubleshooting code, querying databases, and analyzing results.
- Reproduce and clarify issues within a highly complex technical context to better understand and address client concerns.
- Liaise with Tech teams to ensure software quality improvements based on your analysis of issues logged by clients and our operational team.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Ad Operations teams to strategize and implement the most effective methods to guide customers through their agile journey.
- Write scripts or build tools to automate repetitive tasks, improving team efficiency and reducing manual workload.
- Provide technical consultations and product capability assessments during the pre-sales process to assist prospective clients in understanding our offerings.
- Create and maintain technical articles or knowledge bases for use by other technical support personnel, customers, and partners.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or development, particularly in AdTech User Acquisition and/or Retargeting (a proven track record in some of the following areas: Mobile App Development, Deep-Linking and Universal Links, Web Development, Real-Time Bidding).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- A strong passion for technology, familiarity with Information Technology, including languages such as Ruby, Go, or Python, and experience with Data Visualization and Analysis Tools.
- Interest and capability in developing processes, procedures, documentation, and training users in complex topics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and remotely, to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
