As an Accounting Manager (all genders) Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for our entire accounts payable business: from invoice verification to accurate posting and bank reconciliation.
You work in a structured and reliable manner, making our finance supply chain visible.
You will be part of a finance team that actively builds – not just maintaining routines, but questioning and optimizing processes.
- What to expect
- Incoming Invoices & Posting
- Independently checking, posting, and recording our incoming invoices in DATEV
- Secure management of our creditor master data – correct and up-to-date
- Clear assignment to cost centers and areas
- Bank & Credit Card Management
- Regular posting of bank and credit card transactions
- Systematic account and bank reconciliation
- Quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Multi-Company Reconciliations
- Matching inter-company settlements and balances with involved companies
- Reliable processing of intercompany transactions
- Year-End Closing & Compliance
- Active participation in closing activities (AP-side)
- Account reconciliation and receivables closing
- Preparation of provisions and accruals
- Digitalization & Process Optimization
- Secure, independent work with DATEV and our finance tools
- Contributing to process optimization – you question what is not working optimally and think about how we can improve
What you bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed training as a tax clerk (all genders) or comparable qualification in accounting
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, focusing on accounts payable management
- Secure, everyday work with DATEV or comparable accounting software
- Good understanding of tax fundamentals
- System Competence
- Experience with multi-company environments
- Enjoyment of digital tools and strong IT affinity
- You like to work in a structured and methodical way
- Language Skills
- German language skills at C1 level (secure written communication)
- Good English skills (at least B2)
