At remote control productions (rcp) , our mission is to empower, support, and emancipate game makers to create sustainably. Established in 2005, rcp is an independent production house based in Munich, providing services across the gaming industry, including business development, corporate consulting, business analytics, finance, recruiting, and HR administration.
As the ‘mothership’ for over 15 gaming companies worldwide, rcp supports these studios in creating groundbreaking games such as Songs of Silence, Bus Simulator, Angry Birds Epic, Windstorm, and more. Together, we’ve contributed to more than 500 projects in different genres and scopes.

Role Overview
As a Trainee in Project & Studio Management , you will work closely with the founders of various game studios, gaining hands-on exposure to diverse topics close to founding and managing game development studios. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively dive into multiple disciplines, from project management to corporate strategy.
You will join the Padawan Guild , our professional development program, where you’ll gain practical, hands-on insights into how we devise strategies, manage companies and people, as well as other topics from corporate management and the games industry. Learn how to drive projects, sustain growth, and contribute to a game studio\’s long-term success.
The kind of stuff you’ll be doing
- Participate and support in the process of founding and managing game development studios
- Assist in financing projects and establishing sustainable business models
- Work on operational challenges, corporate projects, and strategy in game development
- Support diverse projects across different rcp family studios and contribute to the overall success of the business, such as:
- Devise and establish new processes
- Help organize events and developer gatherings for our developers (DevSummits)
- Support the publishing efforts of our studios
- And many more
