Vienna-based FX technology company
that builds a full-stack platform for the FX industry — serving
banks, brokers and liquidity providers globally . As
Client Engagement Officer , you'll be their first point of contact.
This is a
junior role designed to grow you from the ground up . You'll be onboarded and trained directly by the Managing Director — no prior FX experience required. What matters is your mindset, your curiosity, and your genuine passion for markets.
What you'll do:
Manage
international institutional clients
end-to-end: onboarding, training, strategic advisory
Be the bridge between clients and the product team
Monitor performance KPIs and support clients in maximising platform value
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
What you bring:
Based in
Austria
— Vienna or within commuting distance preferred, as occasional in-office presence is required for training
Fluent German and English
— both are a must
Degree in Business, Business Informatics or similar (Master's preferred; Bachelor's considered with solid experience)
Analytical mindset and genuine interest in FX markets and fintech
Background in customer success, account management or IT is a plus — not required
