Overview
We are looking for a Principal Analyst, Marketing Analytics at Remote, a fully remote company focused on global employment solutions. As the highest‑level individual contributor in Revenue Operations, you will shape marketing strategy, own global data ecosystem, and partner with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architectural vision for attribution logic, integrating multi‑touch attribution with media mix modeling.
- Architect advanced customer lifetime value and predictive churn models, feeding signals into ad platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning with finance and marketing, owning macroeconomic forecasting models for global budget allocation.
- Establish global standards for measuring non‑paid marketing initiatives and brand health, building defensible frameworks for share of voice and sentiment.
- Analyze the full B2B funnel to identify friction points and white‑space opportunities.
- Serve as technical and strategic lead for the analytics org, mentoring senior analysts and elevating technical bar.
- Standardize AI, machine learning, and automation within the analytics stack to accelerate insight generation.
- Act as authority on marketing data integrity, partnering with Engineering and RevOps to design upstream data infrastructure.
What you bring
- Distinguished track record in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science within high‑growth B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Mastery in designing, scaling, and defending complex attribution frameworks across nonlinear buyer journeys.
- Deep expertise in quantifying abstract, non‑paid focus areas and designing measurement frameworks for global brand health and organic ecosystems.
- Expert‑level proficiency across the modern data stack; comfortable writing production‑grade code, architecting dbt models, optimizing Snowflake, and leveraging AI to scale workflows.
- Familiarity navigating enterprise CRMs and automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) with BI ecosystems (Sigma, Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional ability to communicate with C‑suite executives, turning technical data structures into high‑impact narratives.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Remote‑first mindset and high autonomy; strong asynchronous communication skills.
Compensation
The base salary range for this full‑time position is $65,750—$184,950 USD.
