Senior Mobility Specialist – Onboarding & Mobility team. This fully remote role is headquartered in the DACH region but open to all applicants. Start date ASAP.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
In‑depth knowledge of immigration processes and typical compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the tech industry or hyper‑growth, scaling environments is ideal.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Remote work experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned cases using case‑management and billing systems.
Provide guidance on travel needs, immigration processes and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
Deliver legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery to clients.
Own senior‑level escalations and support Mobility Specialists.
Assist leadership in managing large projects.
Monitor Mobility dashboard, communication and help channels to maintain SLA response times.
Drive in‑house immigration service development to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze, prepare and submit visa/work permit applications.
Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
Contribute to documentation and training material for new service offerings.
Build and maintain internal and external relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain awareness of immigration law updates and control internal documentation.
Apply immigration knowledge to create solution‑based responses for complex client cases.

Reporting to: Manager, Mobility.
Team: Mobility.
Location Preference: DACH region.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation Annual salary range: €63,550—€71,500 EUR. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and market.
