Job description

Hi, we're Swapfiets. Our concept is simple: for a monthly fee, Swapfiets members receive a bike that is always ready to ride - whether city bike or e-bike. We convince with service and quality. All for more sustainability and our mission of greener and more livable cities. 250,000 satisfied members already use our service - but we want to go much further and for that we need you!

Your responsibilities

  • Processing lost key from member or the warehouse request to receive: Receive order, pick, pack, ship
  • Stock management key levels, incl. maintaining database
  • Drive around with the Crafter to enable the in & out-flow of bikes between the warehouse and the stores
  • Order new keys + handle the intake of keys from suppliers or new bikes
  • Process returning keys, from returning shipments or found keys at a location
  • Clean and clear storage area of all keys
