Description:
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise OnBase applications.
- Configure, develop, and maintain OnBase WorkView applications and Workflow processes.
- Architect scalable OnBase solutions based on complex business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Perform OnBase system configuration and administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving OnBase applications.
- Develop workflow, interface, and process strategies and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review application designs and recommend technical improvements.
- Mentor development team members on OnBase tools, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, deployment, status reporting, and issue management.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience developing and enhancing Hyland OnBase applications.
- Expert-level knowledge of OnBase WorkView.
- Expert-level knowledge of OnBase Workflow.
- Strong expertise in OnBase system configuration and administration.
- Solid understanding of OnBase Unity Client in enterprise applications.
- Experience with application architecture, production support, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
- OnBase WorkView and/or Workflow certification preferred.
- Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally to Harrisburg, PA.
