Program Manager (Cyber Tools)

Description

• Manage cybersecurity tool integration operations, engineering deliverables, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee the maturity of tools supporting vulnerability scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration.
• Ensure cybersecurity engineers align tool implementations with Department of State enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to plan tool upgrades and new deployments.
• Manage tool lifecycles and enforce configuration baselines.
• Oversee tool tuning, dashboards, and integration planning with production environments.
• Coordinate with vendors for cybersecurity tool support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cyber engineering or cybersecurity tool management.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanners, automation platforms, and orchestration tools.
• Minimum Secret security clearance required, with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; clearance sponsorship is unavailable.
• CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Prior military service or government contracting experience is relevant to the role.
