Description:
- Coordinate internal teams and external agency vendors to deliver marketing work on time and to specification.
- Build and maintain workback schedules, project timelines, and trackers across concurrent workstreams.
- Document and route feedback through review cycles and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Manage day-to-day logistics through review, approval, and delivery stages.
- Monitor project status, identify risks and blockers, and align stakeholders on deadlines and priorities.
- Maintain organized documentation and single sources of truth for active initiatives.
- Facilitate communication among creative, marketing, developer, and agency teams.
- Attend internal practice meetings and networking events.
- Contribute to thought leadership, client case studies, blogs, media materials, and Digital Transformation practice materials.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
- Experience managing external agency vendors and multiple concurrent launches.
- Experience creating workback schedules, project trackers, and timelines.
- Proficiency with project management, collaboration, task-management, case-management, or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong meeting facilitation, written status reporting, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive communication skills with the ability to drive follow-through and accountability.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and developer teams.
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with developer or technical marketing content, budget tracking, SOWs, vendor/PO management, localization, international launches, or AI project-management tools is preferred.
- Must be available for a three-month full-time contract as a direct W2 worker; sponsorship is not available.
