Cloud Operations Engineer

What you'll be doing
- Developing automation solutions for the efficient scaling of cloud-based applications
- Proactively monitoring systems and performing root-cause analyses to improve reliability
- Optimizing deployment pipelines and automating infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Implementing scaling strategies and fault‑tolerance mechanisms to ensure system resilience
- Providing technical support and optimizing cloud environments for clients, including emergency management
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS in building scalable cloud architectures
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on sustainable error resolution through automation
- Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level) for client and internal communication
