The Opportunity

A brief lands on Monday: mid-market AE, HR SaaS, Munich. By Wednesday you've mapped the universe of companies where that person could plausibly exist, worked out which of them grow sellers worth hiring, and come back with the right 50 names. Then a different brief lands, in a different corner of the DACH software market, and you do it again. Do that for a year and you'll know the German-speaking SaaS sales market better than almost anyone working in it.

The Business

Pack GTM places highly sought-after commercial talent into some of the most ambitious B2B SaaS companies across DACH. We're founder-led, profitable, and bootstrapped - no red tape, no management layers between you and the work that matters. The German SaaS market is forecast to approach €20bn this year, and there are still almost no true specialists in this niche. You'd walk into more warm, quality demand than we can currently service.

The Role

You build the target landscapes and longlists the consultants work from:

• Turn a raw brief into a mapped universe of target companies, then the named people inside them: 3--4 longlists a week, 40--60 candidates each, 48 hours from brief
• Build and iterate the search strings; go past the obvious pool when it's thin
• Read career shape from a profile: who carries quota, who closes, who's an account manager with a sales title
• Write first-touch outreach and sequences in German and English
• Own our Loxo data, so every search you run makes the next one faster

What You'll Bring

• German at C1 or native, plus fluent English
• Evidence you can find what others can't: journalism, market research, academia, analyst work, competitive intelligence, or SDR work where you built the lists
• The instinct to build the company list before the people list, and to keep going when the first search string comes back wrong
• You are precise by nature and work with accuracy
• 0--2 years' experience, Berlin-based or relocating. We hire on aptitude, not on a CV that says recruitment
