We are a health and diagnostics holding group with three complementary entities. Molecusan B.V. develops and markets premium dietary supplements sold direct-to-consumer and through cooperating practitioners across Europe. Molecusan Factory GmbH is the group's in-house production facility, handling the full manufacturing process from formulation through to filling to fulfillment. Cell Spectrum GmbH develops innovative medical devices under the Cellspectrum Diagnostics brand, including lateral flow tests used by practices, pharmacies and clinics across Europe.
The role
You manage the day-to-day procurement of raw materials and maintenance of our ERP system, ensuring continuous supply for ongoing production across the holding --- covering dietary supplements (Molecusan B.V.), lateral flow tests / medical devices (Cell Spectrum GmbH) and contract manufacturing customers (Molecusan Factory GmbH) across EU, UK and USA. You work in a small, hands-on team and report directly to the Director Operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and purchasing raw materials; coordinating production with Molecusan Factory GmbH and CMOs
- Supporting contract manufacturing customers with sourcing, pricing and formulation reviews
- Handling regulatory notifications and submissions across all markets
- Monitoring minimum raw material stock levels for ongoing production
- Maintaining the ERP system
What we're looking for
- University degree in business, economics, management or a related field
- Up to 1 year of professional experience, ideally in the dietary supplement, medical device, or healthcare industry
- Based in or around the Cologne area
- Highly self-driven and structured in the way you work
- Proactive communicator who flags issues early and keeps stakeholders in the loop
- Solution-oriented mindset --- you focus on what can be done, not what can't
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
- Strong digital competence and comfort with modern tools and systems
