Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with the entire diconium data organization across our data studios in Stuttgart, Berlin, Hamburg, Lisbon, and Bucharest.
• Act as the main point of coordination between our data studios to set up harmonized standards and processes.
• Track all key metrics that underpin the effectiveness of our business operations (e.g., forecast, personnel planning, billability).
• Define and manage the accounting process related to month‑end and management reporting.
• Examine offers and project plans for feasibility, profitability, and potential for optimization.
• Actively participate in pitching new projects and take over the financial and resource planning part during the pitch.
• Own the improvement of our internal communication/documentation channels and workflows.
• Partner with different diconium units (finance, PMO, P&O) to create a synced operational organization.
• Build strong relationships across our data studios and the management team.
