As Senior Software AI Engineer (Full-Stack), you'll work across frontend, backend, and Dev Ops to help drive this forward.
The role: Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across the Saa S portfolio, working across frontend, backend, and Dev Ops.
Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences using LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and structured workflows.
Build and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity.
Expand shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses with the team.
Work with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to raise engineering and AI quality and shape best practices for agentic applications.
Stay close to users and domain workflows, bringing an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.
What you'll need: Several years of senior full-stack experience, with depth in one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python), ideally with end-to-end product ownership.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
Practical experience with React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, Terraform, and cloud/Dev Ops tools (Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD).
Experience with LLM tooling and agentic coding approaches is a strong plus.
A track record of using AI effectively in software engineering, including designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering.
Fluent German and English, strong problem-solving skills, high proactivity, and excellent collaboration skills.
