Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join us through an exciting new period of growth and investment in the platform.
This Architect will help shape the ServiceNow team as they expand, focusing on advancements in CSM, &/OR HRSD, and Agentic AI. Create the Technical Roadmap for key clients & stakeholders, while helping out hands-on as needed.
What will you be doing:
- Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
- Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow, but in particular work implementations focused in CSM, HRSD & Now Assist/Agentic AI
- Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
- Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
- Lead the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience
- 3-5 years ServiceNow experience MINIMUM
- ServiceNow modular experience in CSM, HRSD &/OR Agentic AI
- ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
