Role Overview
We are looking for a Global Partnership Manager to own and scale partnerships across our global EOR footprint.
This is a hands‑on role - not advisory only. The person will translate compliance requirements into operational processes, work closely with local partners, and act as the single source of truth for entity compliance across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end relationships across the ICP and CPA networks - onboarding, escalations, periodic reviews, and offboarding
- Act as escalation point for service failures: payroll delays, contract errors, missed statutory filings, late bookkeeping or annual accounts
- Negotiate fees, engagement letters, and SLAs; maintain the partner master register (coverage, rates, contacts, notice periods, contract status)
- Source and run structured evaluations of new partners where coverage is missing or the incumbent underperforms; complete due diligence with Legal
- Serve as the internal source of truth on partner capability for Sales, Finance, and the expansion roadmap; keep SOPs and country pages current
Requirements
- 3+ years in EOR , PEO , global payroll, or global mobility, including managing third-party vendors or in-country partners
- Experience managing professional service providers (accounting, tax, or corporate secretarial) across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven commercial negotiation on rate cards, engagement letters, and SLAs
- Practical grasp of employment compliance and entity-level statutory obligations across jurisdictions
- Comfort operating across many time zones with non-native English speakers
Preferred
- Experience with partner transitions or provider changeovers
- Partner due diligence exposure ( KYC / AML , data protection, insurance)
- Multi-region depth, especially APAC plus EMEA or Africa
- Prior time at a competitor or at an ICP / CPA firm
