For Italy, Switzerland, Spain & Portugal, as Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of driving brand strategy, BPD, A&P tracking, and communication with internal & external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy and influencing its implementation by 3PD for the RC brand portfolio in the designated markets.
- You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and the Brand teams, including the 3PD team, to develop and produce comprehensive marketing toolkits (ATL and OFF/ON/Digital).
- You will lead market intelligence efforts for the assigned markets, analyzing trends, consolidating needs, and providing recommendations for 3PD and central teams.
- You will plan, monitor, and allocate A&P investments, ensuring strict management and settlement of distributor activities within the A&P budget.
- You will serve as the key interface between AM & Distributor and the FGM market team, facilitating open communication and efficient brand planning and decision-making.
- You will contribute to building a strong team culture with distributors, AM, and BAs based on trust, transparency, knowledge sharing, and a positive, proactive mindset, emphasizing autonomy, organization, respect for deadlines, and clear communication.
