Description:
- Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage.
- Coordinate professional development and technical services for the assigned district.
- Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team.
- Work with Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance teams.
- Host weekly status meetings with district leaders.
- Monitor implementation progress with stakeholders and recommend next steps.
- Work with campuses remotely and onsite when applicable to support implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve or expand district implementation efforts.
- Analyze district- and school-level data after each assessment period.
- Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must live in or around the Chicagoland area.
- This is a part-time contractor role located in Chicago, IL.
- Knowledge of Renaissance products, with Star preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to communicate with key district leaders.
- Positive, professional attitude with a flexible travel schedule.
- Understanding of how school districts operate.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
Benefits:
- $50 hourly pay rate.
