FP&A Financial Controller | Multinational Company | Stuttgart

My client, a reputable multinational firm based in Stuttgart, is seeking an FP&A Finance Controller to join their Shared Service Centre, a central management point for the entire DACH region. The role is full-time and operates on a hybrid model.

As an FP&A Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly reporting (including monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS) and special analyses.
• Coordinate and participate in the group-wide budget and forecast processes aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Preparation of profitability and deviation analyses, along with recommendations for actionable steps.
• Support the implementation of a sustainable internal control system.

Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/economics.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance.
• Solid experience in operational finance and establishing business partnerships.
• Understanding of finance and tax guidelines and administration.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Strong analytical skills.
