Overview
In this role you drive operational excellence across the engineering organization at Renesas, building scalable processes that boost productivity and enable informed planning. You will partner with engineering leadership, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver engineering objectives and strategic initiatives. You bring strong program management and deep semiconductor domain knowledge to optimize lifecycle processes and governance. This is a high-impact position shaping how we execute at scale in NFC and related wireless technologies.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and manage operational execution quality, driving delivery and accountability
- Inspire and coach teams and team leaders to meet objectives
- Support annual and quarterly planning, roadmap updates, and resource planning
- Establish and improve engineering governance, processes, and best practices
- Deliver executive-level reporting and provide key leadership insights
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution
- Maintain visibility into program health, milestones, and delivery commitments
- Support headcount planning, workforce management, and organizational design
- Partner with finance on budget forecasting, tracking, and spend management
- Standardize operational processes, best practices and documentation
- Implement tools and systems that enhance collaboration, planning, and execution
- Engage in stakeholder management and ensure alignment between business objectives and engineering priorities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor/Masters/PhD Engineering degree in Electronics / Computer Science with 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience in Engineering leadership and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Background in technical program management or engineering leadership
- Strong understanding of semiconductor lifecycle and related engineering processes
- Experience with NFC/RFID or other wireless technologies is desirable but not required
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Jira/Confluence, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
