Overview
Global Product Manager role focused on the Connectivity - NFC portfolio. You own the full lifecycle, align customer needs with market trends, and drive profitability and growth. You’ll shape the roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work toward market leadership with innovative products and strong GTM execution. The role combines strategy, leadership, and technical insight to deliver competitive NFC solutions. This is a chance to influence product direction and partner with regional teams on DIN and market expansion.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define product requirements with clear objectives, costs, and timelines
- Mitigate risks with Project Managers across the lifecycle and support stakeholders
- Own product profitability and validate business case for market relevance
- Drive lifecycle activities: launches, updates, end-of-life, and PCN/discontinuation
- Contribute to roadmap and develop USPs for market leadership
- Define GTM plans, ensure readiness of product packages, training, and promotions
- Train sales force to promote and drive adoption
- Collaborate with Regional Product Marketing to monitor DIN funnel and identify opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging tech to guide innovation
- Propose new business models and make-or-buy strategies for inorganic growth
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years in semiconductor product management
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with customer focus and team orientation
- Automotive market understanding – Tier1 and supply channels
- Strong technical knowledge of NFC applications and standards is a plus
- Digital Car Key application know-how is a plus
- Business fluency in English; German is a plus
